Our conditions and tips

so that all guests have a good time

We will do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. And in order to be able to do this for all our guests, there are also a number of conditions and tips for our guests.

Day of arrival

On the day of arrival you are welcome from 15.00 hours. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us. Also if you will arrive after 20.00 hours, please let us know.

House rules

The rooms are not cleaned every day, but we do empty the bins every day. Bed linen is changed every 4th day of your stay if your visit lasts longer than a week.

On the day of departure, you must leave your room no later than 11.00 am.

Liability

Château d'Ucel chambres d'Hotes & Gites is not responsible for any kind of loss, theft, accident, damage or injury, caused to or by guests of the establishment. 

Entering the swimming pool is at your own risk, pay particular attention to children. Château d'Ucel chambres d'Hotes & Gites can in no way be held liable for any injury/damage whatsoever.

In case of loss or damage caused by guests to property of Château d'Ucel chambres d'Hotes & Gites, appropriate compensation will be requested.

Parents and guests with children

Château d'Ucel chambres d'Hotes & Gites is situated on a mountain slope and there are many steep slopes and steps. We find the terrain not suitable for children under 8 years. There is no playground or sandpit and playing soccer is not allowed. As parents and guests with children you have to take care of your children yourself.

Smoking and BBQ

Smoking is not allowed in the house and guest rooms. Smoking is only allowed at the designated ashtrays.

BBQ with open fire is prohibited.
